We are currently looking to bring Casual Bus Drivers into our existing and emerging team of exceptionally dedicated Charter Driver’s at our Croydon Depot. We have various Charter positions available at our Croydon Depot working a Monday – Friday roster. Be a part of our growing Charter team where you provide a service for our private schools. Take pride and ownership of your own charter bus. Build relationships with your students and school. Our lifestyle rosters mean you can take a break on the weekends and during the school holidays! Weekend work is also available if you are looking for more!
We have the following roles available to fulfill our school runs. Choose between:
- 20 hours per week – this role is split shifts (2 hours AM & PM), Monday to Friday
- 10 hours per week AM – this role is 2 hours in the morning, Monday to Friday
- 10 hours per week PM – this role is 2 hours in the afternoon, Monday to Friday

What we offer
Ventura provide paid training with our experienced and supportive Training team. We offer competitive industry rates, and the stability of working in a secure industry. MR licencing and training will be provided for the right applicants.
What you need:
- Full Victorian Car licence or higher (If you don’t have an MR Licence, that’s not an issue – we provide training for all successful applicants**)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused individuals with the desire to provide assistance when required
- A high regard for safety, road rules and regulations
- Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances including Drivers Accreditation (DC) and Working With Children’s Card (WWCC)
