Ventura was incredibly proud to support the Guide Dog’s Victoria in their Community Fair Event!
The Event

- Live Guide Dog Demonstrations
Was attended by over 3000 people! A surprise, as only 1600 were anticipated.
Not all Fun and Games
This massive increase did present challenges. To overcome delays and congestion, our drivers worked hard to manage the situation.
Safe shuttles, friendly faces and a big thanks to our patient users turned a difficult day into a rewarding one.
Most useful was the Ventura Tracker App. Patrons could see when the next bus was coming, providing visibility and eliminating worries in the busy environment.

Ventura thrives on supporting large scale events, especially when it’s for a good cause. Every ticket sold helped fund Guide Dog services for people that are blind and have low vision.
The huge turnout ensures awareness for these issues, and we at Ventura are overjoyed we could be part of such a meaningful day!
